DiVAS (Desktop internet Video Archival Solution) is a complete software/hardware solution for capturing video off a professional webcam that automatically uploads the video files to a server where they are available for online viewing. After 30 days, the videos are autimatically downloaded and burned onto a DVD. The DVD is then mailed to your company for archival purposes. DiVAS also retains an archival copy of your DVD, so in the case that your archive copy is misplaced or lost, you can go to the DiVAS site, login and request a particular video. The video will then be uploaded into your DiVAS file within 48 hours.

DiVAS is broken down into two components: "Victoria" and "Tasha." Victoria is the slim client-side software that you install on your computer, while Tasha is the robust server-side harware application. The amazing thing about DiVAS is the simplicity of the Victoria application.

Here's how easy it is to use:

Install the Victoria software off the CD that DiVAS provides. Click on the desktop icon to start program. Enter your activation number. (You'll only have to do this the first time you use DiVAS) Enter information on the presentation you're about to record; (Client Name, Sales Number, Manager Name, Location, etc...) Hit record. While recording, you have the ability to pause and resume recording. When you're finished with the presentation, click stop. Click upload to automatically transfer the file from your computer to the DiVAS server. After upload, you can view the files by simply going to www.getDiVAS.com, enter in the user name and password you were given with the DiVAS software package
